Why is water vitally important?
Water often does not get sufficient attention although it is a main determinant of human life. We neglect drinking and negatively affect our body functions.
If we suffer from dehydration our body starts to set priorities.
Instead of arbitrarily saving water, our body deliberately regulates the water distribution. This, however, interferes with our wellbeing and can result in diverse health issues. For example, a 3 % lack of water leads to deficiency in concentration and loss of performance.
